The project utilizes a small urban plot tactfully in the modulation of its layout at the ground level. The result is perceived in the expanse of spaces within. The residence accommodates two car parking, a landscaped courtyard with a water body, a well defined foyer, a family room, recreation spaces, bedrooms and terraces. Enclosing these spaces in a simple contemporary form.
