Eight Apartments

As the name suggests the building proposed eight apartments, two on each floor plate. A central circulation core was established - providing the view from all sides of the apartment and overlooking the KBR Park on the opposite side of the road. Each apartment was designed exclusively with break out green spaces and overhanging decks. The uniqueness of this apartment was the resolution of distinct design programs for each of the eight apartments.
