A narrow street front makes the design of this house challenging in terms of connecting the family spaces . Exercised in levels, the design achieves a surprisingly spacious feel and is not defeated by the small site foot-print. Bed rooms, study, recreational terrace home theatre, office, prayer space, private gym, servant quarters and laundry are all accommodated in a slender form.
