Residence at Tenali

In an attempt to bring in the values of contemporary architecture to this town in Andhra Pradesh, the design is a demonstration of space modulation. Featuring an open plan with split levels to add volume to living areas the design works within a modest plot size. It also emphases the connection with the site through the foyer, balconies and terraced gardens. The house is expressed boldly through the porch frame.
